Gladwin Building Services Inc. has restored properties of up to 100 years in age.  We work with our clients to bring their property up to today’s standards while observing and respecting the past.  The industry is always changing.  New products and methods are becoming available on a regular basis and it our job to keep up to date.

We have completed many “whole house” renovations.  Whether you move to the cottage or the basement during the renovation process, we treat your home like it was our own.  Arrival times and departure times are arranged in advance so we can all work together (or live together) while respecting each others goals and needs.
